David Letterman treated Sarah Palin and her daughter like scum, so I don't have much sympathy for his latest troubles.
The only thing I find completely believable in this story is his statement that he did "something creepy." A rich man who has sex with female employees just because he can is definitely creepy.
Of course extortion is wrong. But to leave oneself open to extortion in this way is not exactly calculated to arouse much sympathy. We will see how this story unfolds.
