Andrew Walker at Mere Orthodoxy has an interview with Mark Tooley, President of the Institute on Religion and Democracy, the first installment of which can be found here.
Tooley has been involved long term in the efforts to turn the United Methodist Church around and move it back from the cliff of liberal Protestantism. This is the one mainline Protestant denomination that has a fighting chance to be saved, primarily because it allows its growing third world mission churches to vote in its highest councils.
The interview is very interesting and I invite you to listen in.
